The eccentric founder of La Galope wines approached us with a challenge: to successfully launch his award winning range of wines in the US. Our solution combined the unique quirkiness of the brand, its trademark duck logo and the region’s rich heritage as the home of the original bad boys – The Three Musketeers.

Idea:

‘When’s the salad getting to the party?’ said no one ever. So we got to thinking about ways we can get people asking : “Is the Duck coming?” and more importantly, “When’s the Duck getting here?”

The result was a simple, recognisable integrated campaign that can be easily expanded across a range of media platforms, from outdoor to activation and social media.

We used the brand’s ‘bon vivant’ attitude to craft fun, witty copy that will resonate with shoppers who want a good quality wine, but don’t take themselves too seriously.
